I have just joined O2 from EE and to be fair I'm already regretting it, the customer Service is poor and the ability to get a straight answer which makes sense is non existent.
I have been ported over and can receive O2 network users calls but nothing from any other provider, when someone calls my number they still get to hear the EE voicemail message!!
7.50pm yesterday and i was fobbed off as being a phone issue really !!
I have been waiting since last last week and still wait for my number transfer to be completed correctly, I have restarted ,my phone a million times and still i have the same issue...
I'm about to cancel last chance

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Just joined from ee to o2! Worst service ever. Going to cancel it! 4 days couldn't even used 1gb of 100 a month!

Sounds like EE haven't completed the port correctly, as they need to do some work to forward calls into o2's network.. so o2 need to chase the incompetent EE Porting team to fix the issue on their end.
Best thing to do is speak to Customer Service and ask them to see if there are any updates from EE
