Joined o2 last friday so far service has been diabolical

@AnonymousIf you have taken out a contract with O2 you have a 14 day cooling off period to change your mind if you're unhappy being with O2. We are all customers here, but if you're unhappy about something that isn't account related, someone here might be able to offer you advice.
