Poor Signal - I need a boostbox

I have three contracts on O2 in my house and we live in a little black spot where 200m away and you have full signal but in my house you have 1 or two bars if you are lucky.

It makes the network unusable.

i know the boostbox exists but customer services do not admin it.

I need to get one or I will have to cancel the contracts as it has just got too frustrating!

Help!

Re: Poor Signal - I need a boostbox

The boost box is only available to business customers for some reason O2 don't want to know about selling it so normal customers

Sorry but I think it's unfair to expect customers to use and badly made app to make calls at their home!

Re: Poor Signal - I need a boostbox

Until end 2017 ofcom has not made any network provide indoor coverage .

But O2 bought the 4g coverage obligation lot that means by the date above O2 must provide indoor coverage to 98% of the population this covers 2g 3G 4g and O2 are aiming for 2015. Only O2 has to do this.
iPhone 11 Pro 256gb on unlimited data
iPad Pro 11” 2018 256gb refresh o2 family discount
Apple Watch series 4
My first mobile was in 1995 a CM-R111 from sony on Cellnet.
Henstridge Rural South Somerset (Full 4g 3G 2g indoor coverage) Remember we are all customers here not customer services
