Poor Signal - I need a boostbox

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have three contracts on O2 in my house and we live in a little black spot where 200m away and you have full signal but in my house you have 1 or two bars if you are lucky.

It makes the network unusable.

i know the boostbox exists but customer services do not admin it.

I need to get one or I will have to cancel the contracts as it has just got too frustrating!

Sorry but I think it's unfair to expect customers to use and badly made app to make calls at their home!

Until end 2017 ofcom has not made any network provide indoor coverage .

But O2 bought the 4g coverage obligation lot that means by the date above O2 must provide indoor coverage to 98% of the population this covers 2g 3G 4g and O2 are aiming for 2015. Only O2 has to do this.
