Hi,

I have 3x picture message charges at roughly the same time, 2 of which are to my own number one is to 0000001234. I've checked my messages and nothing was sent at the time the billing says (no messages picture or standard).

Any ideas where these have come from and how I stop them?

Thanks

@StuC

Are you using an iPhone?

If so, check in message settings and turn off "subject line".

Are you in UK or abroad?

Makes no sense to me then @StuC

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Or maybe @O2Lisa can check for you?

Sounds like you have synced your facebook contacts with your phone contacts.....so you have sent text messages to their facebook profile rather than their number.
