Where do I go to find out exactly why I'm being charged for "Picture message to email" when I've never been charged for that before?

Thank you for replying gmarkj. I do have the bill already. The problem I have is that there is this charge on my bill for "Picture message to email" and I don't understand what it is or who I was in communication with regarding that charge. Where can I find out that information? There is nothing to clarify it on my bill.

If this is an iphone you need to go into message setting and untick message headers
