Hello,

My phone won't turn on. I can't access the IMEI number in order for the phone to be sent in for repair. For an upgrade it will cost a minimum of £350 which i don't have. If i just order a new phone i will end up with two monthly contracts.

I can't get through to anybody on the phones and i go round in circles on the website.

I would really appreciate any advice!

Thanks

Grace

You can find the imei number in recent orders in My O2 or on the original box or emails.

Also @GS88 , if you need any numbers to call O2, then there are a few in this guide

I'm having the same problem. I got the number before my phone totally crashed and I logged it online for a repair nd then was told to call to book it in. I can't get hold of anyone through calling so now I don't know what to do. Its incredibly frustrating as when it does go off, its going to take double the time to come back.
