Hi my phone is due for an upgrade. I found a good deal on a different network EE on carphone warehouse where I originally got this phone from. Do you match deals? And also if not then how do I cancel my contract with the o2 network and find out if there’s anything remaining to pay of my contract. Would be great if I could talk to someone on the process of my phone upgrade.
