@Nurse21

If over 14 days then you are stuck with the phone, the only option is to pay off the device plan and then upgrade to a smaller phone such as iPhone 13 or iPhone 13 mini slight_smile

iPhone 15 Pro Max - o2 and Spusu
Xperia 1V - Spusu

@Nurse21 Depending on when you purchased the phone you could have up until January 22 to return it:

Thanks everyone I’ve only had it a year so I’m stuck with it I guess.
it’s really noticeable how much heavier this device is and the problems it’s caused on my hand/wrist too.

Stuck with it yes

It's a shame this had no detriment to your grip so much sooner

You could sell the phone and put the proceeds to paying off the phone

Yep stuck with it unless I sell it like you said. It’s very bad the strain it’s caused on my hand I’m surprised.
nevermind I will have to try and limit my time on it 😗
