I too am having prowith you're the signal. Keeps disappearing. I live at DY10 2 and this is the third day of problems. When will it be fixed please?

You can check if there are any problems here:
If no problems are showing, you will need to ring O2 and report it.

If the status page isn't showing problems in your area you need to report it to customer service who can pass it on to the network team. Until someone reports it they may not be aware of tha problem.

They can't give you a time to fix but at least you know they're onto it.
