Phone return under warranty

I need to return my phone as its broken and there are no shops open. How do i go about getting it fixed.

Depending on who made it, you might get better service from them.
What phone have you got @Grs1886?
If you do want o2 to take a look, you would need to contact customer services to arrange a repair.
They won't be able to offer a replacement phone while yours is away...

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Its a samsung s20 ultra, the touch screen no longer works properly and i need it returned under warranty

I would definitely contact Samsung then.
