Pixel 9 Pro XL.
I got this via switching up online, I've sent back my old phone ok and that's been accepted etc.
I want to return the phone under the 14 days as I'm not keen and get a different handset. Can I do this in store even though I got it online?
The O2 advisor said that's not possible (in not very good English, so wasn't sure if they understood my question exactly).
Has anyone had any experience with this or can definitely tell me if it's possible or not?
