Ordered a new phone as mine sadly broke, was advised following day, ordered the phone and was told its now going to be Monday. Monday arrives and no phone!! Spoke to o2 and was advised that they have no update unknown when the phone will be delivered and to "keep and eye on my emails" now my father is undergoing cancer treatment and I am completely unreachable unless I am with my wife who's phone works and I can make sure I can do hospital runs etc. The complete lack of of transparency from o2 is shocking I'd the phone is out of stock I would of ordered another phone so I be contacted, however the "keep an eye on your emails" isn't that easy when you don't have a phone to check them!! I am incredibly disappointed in o2 at the present time.

This is an awful situation you find yourself in. Sadly O2's stock system is not live (unlike Amazon) so these problems crop up constantly.
Call the sales dept on 0800 081 0255 and tell them you want to cancel the contract unless they can provide you with a phone by tomorrow. You could then try somewhere like Affordable Mobiles who will have stock and see if you can get a device from them
