Ordered a new phone Friday - told it would be delivered in 7 days. Then got a text on Saturday saying it would be delivered on 23rd, followed by a text on Sunday moring sayoing it would be delivered today (Sunday). I wasn't in.
Followed the link on text to track parcel - took me to DPD website, parcel delivered, with a picture of a front door - not my front door, or any on terrace. Tried various ways to contact 02 and DPD yesterday, told I needed to ring o2 services. Did, "failed" security questions, told to go on my 02 and change settings. Did, rang back, "our phone lines are now closed". Tried ringing again this morning, no luck.
Where is my new phone and SIM o2?

You need to contact O2.

Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
