Been in Mallorca for 24 hrs no service since arrival. Cannot get response from online support. Any ideas . Keith

Yes thanks. After 5 days and 12 hours of asking. Phone was barred after big bill abroad in January. Took a complaint and intervention from a Capita manager to unbar it successfully.

Do a manual network search and try different networks.
Also reboot your phone a few times as sometimes it can take a while to register on a network.

Also make sure you turn of 4G and set your phone to 3G/2G as movistar defaults to try n connect on 4G
