I have change from a contact with O2 To purchasing my own phone a LGC441 with a O2 Sim. I can not contact the browser to the internet, Bluetooth is working ok but not the browser

Text the word "Active" to 2020 and save the settings that get sent back.

Hi @Anonymous have you connected the phone to your wifi connection? You may need to have the correct data bolt on or APN's

Check with customer service what data bolt on you have. Any change in tariff seems to result in being placed on a BlackBerry tariff which will give you problems. Call 202 or if p&g 4445
