Hi,
It's bizarre that I'm having to post this query here but there seems to be no way of getting in touch with O2 customer services as all they have is blocked helplines. It looks like there's no email or online chat at all??
I broke my phone last night (submerged in water), but only have £50 to pay on my contract so wanted to pay it off and take out a new plan. However that is proving impossible without having my current number in use to recieve the text.
Does anyone know how i can take out a new plan without without needing my phone number in use?
