You can access your bill using MyO2 on the web

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@CG43 If you've been disconnected because your account is in arrears you need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217. You can call the number free if you download Skype: Guide: A Guide to Skype 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
