I have paid bill and my phone is still restricted

It can take 48 hours for the system to recognise your payment and turn your services back on @Fayetemiz 

If you need them on faster you will need to contact the Payment Management team.

You can either message them on social media - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

 

 or call them on 0800 902 0217.
