@Ruhie We're all customers here with no access to anyone else's account, so we wouldn't know why your phone's been barred. The only thing you can do is contact customer service, which isn't easy these days. You can call for free on 0800 032 1402. If you don't have a phone to use you can download Skype and call the 0800 number for free using that. Best chance of getting through is to call at 8 am.
