Just got a message from o2 saying that they are taking over my contract from carphone warehouse and my tariff now shows I only have 4gb of data a month when its normally 16gb of data what they playing at??

A few people have reported that their data is showing incorrectly in the last few days. We think it's a system glitch so give it a day or so to see if this is the case.

In the meantime, if you are worried try to get to speak to customer service. That in itself is a huge problem with the staffing problems at call centres now.
