My phone has been barred even though bill paid? It’s been off for two days now, I work at a hospital and had to move out of home to keep my son safe, he is high risk now I can’t speak to him or get hold of the person caring for him! Need my phone and can’t get hold of o2 at all! What can I do?

@Ruhie We're all customers here with no access to anyone else's account, so we wouldn't know why your phone's been barred. The only thing you can do is contact customer service, which isn't easy these days. You can call for free on 0800 032 1402. If you don't have a phone to use you can download Skype and call the 0800 number for free using that. Best chance of getting through is to call at 8 am.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
