Phone Upgrade but no eSim

Hello

I have upgraded my phone via o2 but do not have a QR to scan to get the esim on my new phone.

Sim on old phone is inactive.

You will need to get one from customer services or an o2 store

The quickest way is to go to an o2 store with Photo ID and they can deal or if you are on the new billing system, you can request a code to be provided to you.

Or you can call customer services and one can be sent to you..
