After making a complaint, customer services have now blocked my phone. 30min after getting off the phone is stops working and cannot get a signal. Sim card works in another phone and after visiting Apple they confirmed that the carrier has blocked my phone so is a malicious act by customer service which i find incredible !!! Called again to get this unblocked and 24hrs later and sill the same problem. absolutely shocking. No complaint form or call back was received despite asking for this to be escalated to a senior level.

You need to persevere with O2 I'm afraid.

if only it was that simple, don't think I have dealt with a worst customer service department. never mind one of their staff blocking the phone cos they didn't like me complaining. and nobody in their complaints team ever calls back. cannot wait to leave.

Please regard a complaint as a last resort. They take about eight weeks to finalise and, in the meantime, you might find a reluctance from Customer Services to interact with you or to address your problem.
