Class action lawsuit

There’s a class action lawsuit against mobile phone companies including O2, for overcharge customers by continuing to take payments for their handsets as part of their bills after they have paid them off at the end of their initial contract.

How can I find out if I am a victim of this practice?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Victim or just foolish for

a) Not reading the terms and conditions

b) Allowing things to run on past the minimum term

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

My recollection is that O2 were the first network to cease this dubious practice.
