Why is my phone bill not a VAT invoice

No one gets a vat invoice anymore unless they ask for it.
They used to do it automatically but it seems to have changed and quite a few report problems in getting one, so good luck when you call CS.

@Anonymous This is not o2 you are talking to. We are all customers like you. You will need to contact customer service & sort it out with them. Are you on a consumer contract or business?

My bills are still vat bills so presumably anyone who requested vat bills in the past still get them.

The VAT number is there if you require it @Anonymous
