Hello.

How do I stop myself getting charged more if I’m unable to make a payment until it’s my actual payday.. I’m not working due to this virus, I do not get paid a lot of money now. So I’m really struggling

I would just prefer to contact them by email or something, I don’t tend to well with video calling/voice calls(not that I can call them)

There is no email, sorry.
ALL methods in the link I gave you and you don't have to video call on Skype either.
