Help I'm trying to
Pay a payment on another account but when I ring it just rings to speak to an advisor when they are closed. The internet just asks me to ring .. Is there a new number to make an automated payment on the phone ?

Call 2729 from your mobile or ring or 0800 588 4217 from a landline and enter the mobile number you wish to pay.

You can also pay using our automated payment line. Call 0844 8090202 or 202 from your O2 mobile and choose option 1.3.

Hi I've tried them but they just ring then it goes thank you one of our advisors will be with you as soon as they can then rings again to tell me when to call back

I see what you mean I'm getting the same when I dial it very odd can you not pay online for it

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the Community Forum.

When you call them today perhaps ask them why the usual points of contact didn't work.

If convenient and appropriate perhaps set up a Direct Debit Payment schedule.
