I have paid my overdue and the money has been taken out from account but in o2 it shows me the payment has not been made. I can't call o2 as I have a blocked phone

That means for some reason O2 haven't collected the payment.

You need to contact them via live chat or the landline numbers from another phone here Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

0800 032 1402 is also a free call from any phone.

You can contact live chat to check your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

but it may take up to 24 hours to clear your account and restore your phone.

Restarting your phone can help too.

I have paid my bill 4 days ago and its still processing in my bank and you have still switched me off?
