Hi 

I would like to cut my insurance service and also reduce my data usage.

You need to give O2 30 days notice to cancel insurance.

They can also look at your tariff options.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
