Payment taken out of bank but my bill still showing outstanding amounts

My monthly bills have been paid in full on 27 March, however when checking myo2 it was showing that two amounts had not been made and a request for a further £96+ has been made and a block put on my calls, not able to get through to an advisor for three days, anyone know what I can do
