Hi, I upgraded my contract last month from O2 to Vodafone as my Contract with you had ended. I’m wondering why I have a bill come through for £29.55 when the phone and sim are now useless and I paid for my last months bill aswell as my Vodafone bill. Can you help me with this problem please as I can’t afford multiple contracts I don’t understand why I’m still being billed the contract has ended and I’ve changed providers.
Thanks

@Fusiliersully48 The amount you were charged was probably what was still remaining on your O2 account when you cancelled it. That's most likely your final bill. You can check with customer service: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support The phone you had isn't useless. It's most likely unlocked, so you
could sell it or recycle it. CEX is a good place to look.
