You need to call the payment management team @13wrzesien.

Their number is 0800 902 0217.

You also need to remove your number - this is a public website, so everyone can see it. Click the down pointing arrow in the top right corner of your post and choose edit.

As you can use the internet @13wrzesien you can download Skype and use it to call the 0800 number I posted above.
