I hope that all is well.
I ended my o2 contract and received the e-mail with the final bill.
Since my Direct Debit is not active and my O2 app is disconnected, I am not able to pay the bill. Can you help me?

You aren't talking to O2. This is a community forum.
If you still have an outstanding amount on your bill you need to contact O2 and pay it via customer services.
