Hi I upgraded my phone at the weekend with delivery due on 20th April. I have been changed to the new tariff but still not received my phone.
DPD are showing they received it on 19th April at 23.57 and that it is on the way to the local depot but there have beeen no updates since.
Can you please advise what I need to do?

You need to contact O2. They should be chasing up DPD not you.
