So I decided to change from pay monthly to payg with o2 and keep the same number. All of this was fine, I had my final bill calculated and I put it into a payment plan to pay over 6 months. Again all fine. The day to pay comes for the first installment and I try to log on to my 02 online as it says the app will no longer work once disconnected. Low and behold, I log in and it takes me to the payg page instead. How am I supposed to pay my outstanding bill if I haven't got a way to do it?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
