I've left my O2 pay monthly contract, and want to pay my final bill.
There are two phone numbers in payment reminder email.
0844 809 0202 is a recorded message saying it doesn't exist
0800 588 4217 seems to be for PAYG customers
The help website is a maze of loops designed to hide any contact details from customers who need it.
There's a page which says you can pay your final bill in the O2 app, but my O2 app doesn't load my account any more (presumably because I've left).
The online chat is always busy.
What next?
Paul

Thanks.
That was a "pre-pay" number not a pay monthly number, but they were able to put me through to someone who put me through to someone else who took my payment. Got there in the end.

The numbers I gave were for monthly contracts. The number for PAYG is 4445. However, I'm pleased you got it all sorted in the end. Welcome to the forum

That's fine. CS are probably all over the place currently
AS long as it's sorted @majikthise that's the main thing.
