Paying my device balance

I can’t do this via the app as it will not allow me to make an over payment ,I’ve tried calling and after battling the automated service I hold for 10 mins before it hangs up on me and the live chat facility seems to no longer exist. I just want to give them some money, does anybody have any suggestions?

Edit: Alternatively,  below is the advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through yourself.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
