I

have 3 active subscription showing on my account as additional charges while I just upgraded my tariff last week to (also) get rid of these. My tariff should be 20 and it's billed at 29.90 because of Disney.

If I go on the Disney app, it sends me to O2.

If I go to O2, it sends me to Disney.

I have NO intention of being stolen 10£ just because your can't handle anything. I can't even understand what's airtime and what's in my contract because you have silly little info boxes with literally 5 word inside that don't describe what's the item.

I need tech support to get to the bottom of this and be provided a way to deactivate FULLY my Disney subscription which I. DONT. USE.

please contact me asap with a workaround or I'm cancelling this contract straight away as you're charging me 50% more than what I signed up for

Thanks

It's not 3 subscriptions @Matteo

The top line is a refund for Disney+ from May to Jun at £7.99.

The second line is a charge for May to June at £10.99.

The third charge is Disney for June to July.

It seems as though o2 are moving people from Standard to Premium (so keeping plans without ads) without asking - which seems a little naughty...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
