Hi, my contract was with Carphone Warehouse, but they moved me over to O2 directly and now all my payments are messed up. I used to make one payment a month and could pay in extra. Now I have to make two payments. One for my tarrif and one for my device plan.
I can pay extra on my tarrif plan, but for the device plan I need to call, but all calls are for emergencies only. All the support information says I can do this through the My O2 app. No, you can't, because that is where they tell you to call.
If this is how O2 does business, I will not renew my contract with them. How can I pay in extra?
My other option was to withold paying them to force them to call me.

They won't call you, merely sell the debt on
Call them and set up a direct debit
