Hi - is there any way to get a receipt/invoice online for P&G topups?

No unfortunately not. The only receipt you have is the text or bank statements.

I'm wondering if somewhere O2 do have some info on top ups on a Payg account.

Any info that O2 hold regarding your details and PAYG accounts will likely be subject to a subject access request which will cost you £10 a time to get the info.

They will have some sort of records ie. ref the Rewards system. However I'm fairly sure the subject access form doesn't list top ups. To answer the OP's question...no the top up records are not available online
