You wont get a paper bill in time @Jade1-
What you could do is download and print your details from My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
It will have your address on it under personal details
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-do-I-get-to-the-Download-Bill-page/ba-p/1014096
Edited to add, any bill with your address on will do. Even Tax details from HMRC, Gas, Electric etc

If you are using a PC just print from there.
If phone, you would need your printing app on your phone.
Ours is Epson IPrint.
We also use Android phones and there is more info here https://www.androidcentral.com/how-print-your-android-phone-or-tablet

And as I said, it doesn't need to be a phone bill. My son has just changed houses and he was not required to show a phone bill. He could have shown any type of bill which had his address on.
This was with one of the biggest property agencies in our area.

@Jade1- Many companies, banks, or building societies don't accept mobile phone bills as proof of identification or address.
