So I had an email with a link saying my bill was unpaid, I checked the email it had all the right details, so I paid, the bill showed up on my banking as o2 reading, payment was taken.
But o2 keep sending me texts saying the bill remains unpaid, I called and they said they can't find the payment on the system.
I contacted the bank they can see it was paid on a secure o2 portal online & the payment went, yet still o2 say it has not been paid.
What can I do?
