I was persuaded to move to a monthly contract, but knew that I had an imminent reward to claim. I was told that it would show up as a credit in my next airtime bill. It has not occurred and I am I have lost it.

@Lowerwatts

It should have been claimed as credit before you transferred.

You'll need to call O2 now to see if they will give you the credit on your contract.

Thanks. The reward credit only became valid two days after the monthly contract kicked in, so it did not appear on my PAYG balance which was transferred over. I explained this at the time and subsequently to an O2 chat person and was told that it would happen automatically after the first monthly bill cycle - it hasn’t.
