My PAYG balance of about £8 disappeared when I set up a pay monthly SIM a few weeks ago. I have just set up the new my o2 account as I was unwell for a couple of weeks. Will that balance eventually turn up? It was on the same o2 number which is on my contract.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
