Hi,
I'm on a monthly £10 PAYG scheme, where I get free texts/data for topping up every month. However, every month I get a notification that my freebies have expired, and then an hour or two later I get a notification that my top-up has been a success and I have free texts/calls again.
Is this just a problem with the order of the notifications, or do I really have one hour a month where I'll be charged for any texts or data usage? The expiry happens around 08:30 so it's very inconvenient as I'm travelling to work and want to be able to use my phone.
If it is a real problem, does anyone know how to fix it?
