Call CS on 202 if on contract or 4445 for PAYG.
If on contract you can also use live chat http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Be firm and don't be distracted by the offers, although sometimes they are quite good wink

They are obliged to give you your PAC, so you have to keep insisting, whatever offers they throw at you. It's their job to try to keep your business, so you have to be steadfast. Unless, of course, one of the offers is to your liking. Just make sure that if you do decide to leave that you get good coverage from the network you're thinking of switching to. It's no good getting a cheaper deal if you don't get a good signal on your phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
