PAC codes

I'm changing to sky mobile and need the PAC codes for the two sims I have on my account. I've been waiting over half an hour for my call to be answered. Can I get the codes from the app? If so how? Thanks

Thanks. It says if you have multiple numbers to go to My O2. I've done that and cannot find the pac codes

you need to call customer service.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say upgrade or lost/stolen if necessary to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
