Well all that aside...I would like to know why, until now, I have always understood Live chat wasn't recommended as the route to go through...
I always like to give the correct advice....if I can't I wont advise at all...

It sounds to me like Live Chat can perform simple functions more or less 100% correctly all the time.
So they can respond correctly to the question "Can you give me a PAC code please?"
But less reliably to more complicated technical issues when problem/fault analysis is required.

Tried twice today to get my PAC via live chat. Both time was told I have to call retentions.
Whats going on, they just say they CAN'T issue PAC Codes.
