I am leaving 02 i went into the shop other week they cancelled my watch data and put me on a 30 day cancel at anytime i have gone to txt 65075 for my PAC code it wont let me have it says two numbers are on account because 02 have not cancelled my watch data, I’ve called 02 on hold for 35 mins then they cut me off when they answered, I’ve talked online to chat they said i have to contact 02 by ringing them why are 02 so ******e and incompetent all i want is my PAC code to leave this horrendous company

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
